To guarantee your order we require three (3) working days prior to the funeral for our Florist to create the tribute and arrange delivery.
If the funeral date is within three working days we will contact you within four (4) working hours if we are unable to fulfil your order.
Full payment is required for all orders.
You may cancel your order any time up to four (4) working days prior to the delivery date. This is due to the fact that we only supply flowers for funerals and all flowers are ordered individually. Use our 'contact-us' page to request a refund.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties
Free of charge to you we will :
- Contact the Funeral Director to confirm details of the funeral arrangements, including the delivery time.
- Provide a suitable sympathy card and write your sympathy message clearly on it.
- Arrange for the delivery of the tribute to the Funeral Director in a timely fashion.
